(This picture and the ones before it are new (just added tonight))


I'm not sure when this picture was taken but I printed in on 12-3-08.
It is a zoomed in version of one of my flower pictures that I solarized to make look more interesting. I'm planning on using it as one of my 10 pictures for my portfolio, so you might see it again when I post those prints together.
I'm quite pleased with how this print turned out. I tried solarizing two or three other pictures but they didn't turn out anywhere near as good as this one. I new right away that this would be the one I would use for the "solarized print" in my collection.
I'm hoping to do more solarizing of various pictures in the future to see the different looks it can bring about, but that probably won't happen for a while since I will be focusing more on my two new assignments.

To start off I would just like to say YES the first two ARE different.

Moving on - I don't remember when I took these but I know I printed them before Thanksgiving break. I just kept forgetting to put them up. These pictures were for an assignment where you had to pick a photographer and take a picture using their style. I found a picture that the Starn Twins took that was double exposed (I believe that is what it is called) and decided to do that myself. The four pictures above are all combinations of two different pictures. It was a fun way of printing that I had not explored yet and I'm happy they turned out pretty well.
The one at the bottom is probably my favorite.
